
Tracey Delaney
Tracey’s background is in banking and management and she currently specialises in accounting. She brings an outside-the-industry perspective to her board role, advising and supporting the company as an audience advocate. She has a keen interest in the arts and Rhubarb’s work and spends her free time raising her family.

Michael Harrison
Mike worked for 26 years as a photographer working with a variety of clients including those promoting the performing arts. In 2006, he followed a new path and now works as a primary school teacher. He advises Rhubarb on current educational requirements and helps identify opportunities to enhance delivery and understanding of the curriculum.

Laura Dunne
Laura is a new Board member with Rhubarb Theatre and we are so happy she has joined our team.

Jo Dobbs
Jo is a creative arts professional with over 15 years in the field of arts project management, audience development and evaluation. She brings her experience of the regional arts scene, having worked for local authorities and on freelance festivals and projects across the East Midlands.

Via Macnab
Via is a recent graduate in Applied Drama at Bishop Grosseteste University and is expanding her own artistic practice through a variety of projects. They specialise in diversity, and being an autistic artist themselves, she is passionate about making the arts a safe space for everybody.
