Tracey’s background is in banking and management and she currently specialises in accounting. She brings an outside-the-industry perspective to her board role, advising and supporting the company as an audience advocate. She has a keen interest in the arts and Rhubarb’s work and spends her free time raising her family.
Ben graduated from Bishop Grosseteste University in 2014, with a 1st class honours degree in Drama in the Community. He has a strong interest in Street Theatre, Storytelling, and Educational drama and since graduating, has been working as a freelance drama practitioner and performer.
Chris has been the CEO of Lincoln Drill Hall since 2013. In a theatre career spanning more than 20 years he has worked in West End Box Offices and as a Stage Manager in theatres across southern England. He was Arts Officer for Lincolnshire County Council, and from 2007-13 was Executive Director of New Perspectives Theatre Company.
Rachel is a performer, writer, director and producer. She is co-artistic director of the critically acclaimed touring company, Proto-type Theater, and has written and directed community theatre for Paines Plough Roundabout and for youth companies in venues and festivals around the country. She has worked on radio drama with the BBC, toured large-scale outdoor shows to English Heritage sites and is currently Lecturer and Producer for the School of Fine and Performing Arts at the University of Lincoln.
Mike worked for 26 years as a photographer working with a variety of clients including those promoting the performing arts. In 2006, he followed a new path and now works as a primary school teacher. He advises Rhubarb on current educational requirements and helps identify opportunities to enhance delivery and understanding of the curriculum.
