Support Us

Rhubarb Theatre is committed to delivering creative, original and fun theatrical experiences which stimulate children’s imaginations.  We work with children who are in most need of the arts, from pre-school, to those with profound and multiple learning disabilities, children on the autistic spectrum to those living in isolated or socially deprived locations.

We rely on the generous support of individuals, businesses and trusts to maintain our work. Your support will help us make a positive difference to the lives of these young people and their families.

In 2012, we are seeking funding for our new tour 'Paper Wings', which is about a refugee mother and child who have to flee from their homeland. They find themselves in a new land where they don't know the language, are confused and isolated. The story will contain no spoken recognisable language and therefore the audience is placed in the same position as the travellers.

Funding for The Buzz Club is due to finish at the end of March 2012 and this fantastic county-wide programme of drama and music for children with additional needs desperately needs your help if we are to continue.

We are also hoping to find funding for an exciting new premises which will be a combination of a sensory and storytelling centre. This building will be central within Lincolnshire, offering space to be creative,  engaged, excited or simply to chill out.

To support our touring productions, the Buzz Club, or the creation of our new centre, you can donate securely online through Pay Pal and we’ll send you confirmation of receipt. Or send a cheque payable to: Rhubarb Theatre 7 Queensway Leadenham LINCOLN LN5 0PF
