Mission Statement

Rhubarb Theatre delivers creative, original and theatrical experiences which stimulate children’s imaginations without forcing issues at them.
We believe that theatre for children should have the same high standards as theatre for adults, and we’re committed to providing children with opportunities to learn and play through the arts.
We empower children to problem solve, make decisions, work together and share ideas.
We are passionate about sharing our theatre with ALL children.
We work with children most in need, especially those living in rurally isolated areas or children who are socially disadvantaged.
We work with children with special educational needs and children with physical or learning difficulties.
NO-ONE IS EXCLUDED.
